Meet our staff

Mick Siems

Director |

Since the day we first opened, I’ve always considered Mill Street to be a building full of grandmas and grandpas. In fact, I’ve had four family members live here—my two grandmothers, a great aunt and a great uncle. I was hired by Mill Street back in 1995 to help develop our assisted living program and am a certified assisted living professional and a licensed MN nursing home administrator. Community service is important to me and I’m actively involved in the Fergus Falls Fish and Game Club, Pheasants Forever, Sertoma along with numerous health and wellness initiatives through Lake Region Healthcare. My wife Lori and our children, Derek, Ryan and Shelby, have called Fergus Falls home since 1992.!

Krisjohn Veum

Home Care Coordinator |

I graduated from Hillcrest Lutheran Academy and went on to receive an AA degree from M State in Fergus Falls. I then went on to Moorhead State University to study Biology and Chemistry. I spent the next 7 years living in the Twin Cities before moving back to Fergus Falls with my wife in 2007. I graduated from the M-State RN program in 2009 and have spent the last 8 years at Pioneer Care in a variety of roles, most recently as a Clinical Coordinator. When I'm not at work I enjoy golfing, fishing, watching the Twins and Packers, working out at 9Round and traveling with my wife, Lindsey. I really enjoy working in a caring profession where I can help others and I am excited to do that as part of the Mill Street team!

Jess Noling

Business office coordinator |

I help manage the Business Office which includes taking care of tenants’ monthly statements, answering phone calls and inquiries and being the first smiling face everyone sees as they come through our front doors. I’ve had the pleasure of working at Lake Region Healthcare’s Main Fergus Falls Main Clinic before starting at Mill Street Residence in May of 2017. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, gardening, hiking and fishing.

Chaplain |

My name is Kevin Patch and I am one of the LRH Chaplains. It is significant that Lake Region Hospital offers quality Healthcare to our community. That includes seeing the need for providing Spiritual care. Looking after the whole person is what LRH does well. I am excited and grateful for the unique opportunities to come alongside the Mill Street Team and be here for the resident’s spiritual care needs.

I have been involved in parish ministry for 23 years and call Fergus Falls home. I am excited for the opportunities to share God’s truths, study His word together and sing his praises with you, week in and week out. Outside of work I enjoy walking, golfing, tennis, watching rodeos and being outdoors.

Dining Services Supervisor |

My name is Clancy Maihori and I’m honored to be in charge of Mill Street’s Dining Services. I was born in Oceanside, California later moving to Winger, Minnesota. As a child, our family moved a lot, but my parents decided to call Fergus Falls our home. I joined Mill Street in 2015 as a Server, became a Cook in 2018, and in 2022 was promoted to the position of Dining Services Supervisor. Mill Street has given me the opportunity to grow both professionally and as an individual. The relationships made here are close and precious to me, as I consider all our residents and staff a part of my family. When not at work, I love to play the piano, kayak, fish, and spend time with friends and family.
